Understanding Our Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
Full refund for orders canceled before processing and shipping.
Order Delays
If an order lacks valid tracking, is in transit, or hasn’t delivered within 15 days of shipment in the U.S., we will issue a full refund or resend the item at no cost.
Undelivered Orders
We cannot process refunds or replacements for orders that show as delivered—unless you provide a non-delivery certificate from your local post office.
Damaged Products
Full refund or replacement for items that arrive damaged, reported within 7 days of delivery. Photo or video evidence is required for approval before any refund or replacement.
Incorrect or Missing Items
Full refund or replacement for any incorrect or missing products. Photo or video evidence is required for approval before any refund or replacement.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Email support@yourpetcam.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any required photo/video evidence. In most cases, you will not need to ship the item back to us.
